Her Workouts Are Grueling

Micaela doesn't mess around when it comes time to work out. Her sessions are intense, involving lots of heavy weights, TRX moves, squats, lunges, and other difficult exercises. She also relies on a trainer to help keep her in shape. "Stay focused 😌 Thank you @juan_pronza for being my coach and my friend," she captioned one post.

She Does Lots of Ab Work

Micaela does a lot of ab work to keep her midsection taut. "My great motivation and energy every day! @juan_pronza Thank you @lucacubero for always being my coach of many years and my great friend," she captioned a video of her ab exercises.

She Drinks Collagen

Micaela promotes hydration, spiking her water with collagen. "Like every day, here I am preparing my collagen!" she captioned a post. She Has a No Excuses Policy

Micaela sticks to her health plan, no matter what. "My trainer/friend @juan_pronza always told me that our body has to take care of it and if I want to achieve what I intend to do it. Obviously I have days that I'm tired, or I don't sleep much or I have a bad day, but none of this is an excuse to be able to train and feel good. Try to do some sport or go out for a walk or whatever makes you feel good 🥰 Changes are not from 1 day to another, they take their time and have to be accompanied by a healthy diet," she captioned a post.

She Plays Tennis

Micaela also plays tennis. "Exercise doesn't just change your body, it changes your mind, your attitude and your mood," she captioned a post of herself getting her game on. "Tennis, which ranks among the world's most popular sports, provides an excellent full-body workout, plus a few other less obvious benefits. And lower-impact racket sports, such as badminton or table tennis, may be good choices for people who have certain health conditions or who are older," says Harvard Health.
