1

She Boxes

Elena recently discovered boxing when she appeared on celebrity boxing. "I've been training five hours a day for three weeks. It's very exhausting, also because I still have my daughter Aylen. But somehow I got through it and I'm in great shape," she told Gala. "Boxing training (HIIT) in adults with abdominal obesity is feasible and may elicit a better therapeutic effect on obesity, cardiovascular, and HRQoL outcomes than an equivalent dose of brisk walking (MICT)," says one study.

She Is All Muscle

Elena is all muscle. "I have zero percent body fat. I got stronger arms, a stronger back, a stronger neck, it's all a lot more," she told Gala. "Barbells and dumbbells are classic strength training tools. If you don't have weights at home, you can use soup cans. Other options can include using medicine balls or kettle bells," says the Mayo Clinic. "Cable suspension training is another option to try. In cable suspension training, you suspend part of your body — such as your legs — while doing body weight training such as pushups or planks."

She Ignores Trolls

Elena tries to ignore trolls, even when they are very mean. "When you read something like that, it always takes you away. Even if you say you can ignore it. It was good that I was in training the last few days. That helped me a lot not to notice the reactions from outside and to reduce my emotions. I was able to distract myself and fortunately didn't have to think so much about everything," she told Gala about how she moves on from the noise.

4

She Is All About Self-Love

Elena regularly uses her social media to share motivated messages with fans. "Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world," she captioned a recent post. "Self-love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve," says the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation.

She Goes for Walks

Elena also gets her steps in. She regularly goes for walks with her daughter. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. Recent research published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
