Britney loves putting on a pair of skates and hitting the ice! "Ice skating in Central Park," she captioned a recent photo, taken during a trip to New York City. "Strengthening your muscles and improving your joint health leads to better balance. So does trying to stay standing on the ice. By learning to engage your muscles to stay standing, you're not only toning them, but also improving your control over your body and your endurance," says Kettering.

She Hikes

Britney also enjoys getting some fresh air and going for a hike. "Needed a pic at the top for my little Rocky Balboa moment 😅 Had the best day hiking, it was very needed for my mental health," she captioned an Instagram post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. Britney takes care of her body as well as her mind. She prioritizes self-care and makes time to get a massage at the spa when she needs it. "A very needed spa day and quality time together," she captioned a post.

She Rides Bikes

Another way Britney stays fit? Going for bike rides. "Afternoon bike ride featuring what I actually look like everyday 😊 haven't washed my hair in 5 days," she wrote about this photo. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

She Drinks Coffee

One accessory you will often find in Britney's hand? Coffee. A new 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
