Yailin, who spends a lot of time at the beach, loves to jet ski. The sport surprisingly helps you stay in shape. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

She Has a Diet and Workout Buddy

After Anuel AA lost a ton of weight, Yailin explained in an Instagram Live interview that the two were dieting and exercising together. Anuel wanted "to be skinny" because he thinks he "looks younger that way," she said. "We're going to the gym too," she added.

She Went Under the Knife

Yailin's body isn't 100 percent natural. She recently underwent liposuction with Dr. Nathaly Bello, a member of the Dominican Society of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, who gave fans a glimpse of her surgery on social media. She explained that she worked on the abdomen area and removed fat to define the figure. "Because cosmetic surgery can bring lasting and dramatic changes to your outside appearance, it is important to understand how these changes might affect you on the inside. She Swims

Living by the ocean, she can often find Yailin swimming, a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Spending just two and a half hours per week swimming laps can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

In a recent post, Yailin shared gratitude about her pregnancy. "I always told God to give me a family but from the man I loved truly Thank you my God for giving me what I always asked I feel Super happy the happiest woman in the world 👨 👩 👧 I do not know how to thank you for this happiness I am without Tend now same I have no words here you daddy and I made you with a lot of love we are waiting for your arrival my fatty I love you," she captioned it.
