She Works Out
Giorgia mixes it up when it comes to fitness. Per Times of India she walks and does a lot of workouts online, "sometimes functional, sometimes weight lifting," she said. She revealed to WM Buzz that she likes to finish dinner and go for a walk. However, she does understand that in order to exercise, she needs to fuel and rest her body. "Working out without proper sleep or diet can be harmful according to me. One should always listen to what the body requires; we all have a certain amount of energy that we need to wisely, and saying no to certain habits is saying yes to more energy to spend on the right things," she added to Hello London News
She Eats Right and Hydrates
Per Times of India, Giorgia eats "as early as possible at night," in order to metabolize her food. "Apart from exercising what keeps me healthy is sleeping enough hours, drinking at least 3 litres of water in a day, eating wholesome foods and meditating," she added to Hello London News. "Workout is just a part of our health routine, rest is eliminating things that suck on our energy, like sugar, loose talk, excessive caffeine, gossiping, alcohol, or sometimes toxic people, and replacing this with the right things which we know work for us".
She Does Yoga
Giorgia is also a yogi. "You are just one yoga session away from a good mood!" she captioned a recent post. According to the American Osteopathic Association, there many benefits of yoga including:

She Doesn't Diet
Giorgia doesn't diet. "I have healthy food as a lifestyle and I am a vegetarian. I constantly try to keep a low carbs intake, but wouldn't call myself a diet person. This is my lifestyle, I have never weighed my ingredients," she told WM Buzz. She also likes yogurt with chia seeds and honey. "And when I'm traveling I'll have cheesecake once," she added.
She Drinks Hot Water with Lemon
Giorgia is one of the many stars who starts their day with a favorite Ayurvedic drink. "I have hot water with lemon, I practice some pranayama and I start my day," she told WM Buzz about her morning ritual.
