Choe stresses the importance of getting "addicted" to working out, which helps you exercise and get into shape. "I've got a gym in my house, so any time I'm feeling down I go downstairs to the treadmill," she told The Sun.

Chloe stresses the importance of sticking to a diet, no matter what. Just three boiled eggs, yep," she told Closer. "Anyone who is out there on a diet who is really, really struggling, I don't have any advice for you because I know it's hard. But just think of the next morning when you've ate good you feel so mint about yourself."

Choe also maintains that getting really "into weight loss" in 2016 helped her lose weight. "I think when you see how much you've improved, that's when you get really addicted to it. So when I saw the difference that I'd lost weight that's when I … just want to keep going," she said.
