Zelma embraces her curves and her cellulite. "Don't let any beauty ideals make you doubt your body," she captioned one of her posts, adding the hashtags "sexy" and "cellulite."

She Works Out

Zelma takes care of her body by exercising. "Self Love Baby💖. Wear that belly button with your abs the way you have it because today you're here living! And if the belly jumps?! Well, let's play! Play with her and let's get curvy fit!!" she captioned an Instagram clip of her workout. In it, she does a variety of strength training exercises, including jump squats, jumping jacks, running in place and a bunch of TRX moves, like squats and rows.

Zelma has a go-to indulgence when it comes to eating: Pizza. "What a Cheat Meal," she captioned a recent photo of herself, eating Mulberry Street Pizza in Los Angeles.

She Dances

Another way Zelma has fun and burns calories? Dancing. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
