Simone works out at Acero gym. Her workout routine starts with weights and strength training exercises. Owner Jono Castano told Daily Mail that she hits the gym three to four times a week for 45 minute sessions. She often posts her workouts in her Instagram Stories. Examples of her exercises include squats and lunges holding free weights, planks, and lifting heavy weights.
She Does Pilates
The second component of Simone's workout? Reformer Pilates, Castano told Daily Mail. She has shared clips of herself on the reformer on her Instagram Stories. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
She Eats Four Meals a Day
According to Castano, Simone eats four meals per day and her diet is "very well balanced incorporating all her macro nutrients in every meal." She has revealed on social media that she eats a lot of pasta.

She Loves Her Body, No Matter the Size
Simone has faced a lot of negativity after losing weight. "People have commented saying it's 'triggering', and 'before and after' don't belong in 2022…" she told The Daily Telegraph. "I thought what we weren't doing in 2022 was commenting on other peoples bodies. I thought I looked great on the left [before photo]. I think I look great on the right [after photo]. 'One thing I'll take away from that post is you can't please everyone. I have been bigger and I've been smaller but I was happy in both stages of my life."
