Madison is an avid reader. She often shares photos of her books on Instagram. Reading not only passes the time, it can help you live longer. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Plays Tennis

Lewis also loves making a racquet on the tennis court. She shared a video onYouTube of herself playing tennis with a friend. Why is tennis a great workout? According to ACE Fitness it combines cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and is also great for hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

She Eats Healthy…Most of the Time

Madison maintains a healthy diet, eating a ton of veggies. She is also a fan of meal prepping, filling plastic containers with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and celery, adding a little ranch dressing in the center. However, she does indulge in the occasional cheat meal, which might be cookies, oreos, hamburgers, banana pancakes, or tacos.

She Walks

Madison, a dog owner, loves going on walks. She regularly shares photos of her outdoor exercise sessions on her Instagram Stories. Going for a daily walk, especially at a brisk speed, boasts many benefits. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace

She Exercises…A Lot

Madison, who trains at The Dogpound, does a combination of strength training and cardio. She runs on the treadmill and uses the elliptical. Her go-to workout involves weight training moves, using kettlebells, free weights and exercise bands.
