Shama promotes intermittent fasting, only eating during a small window. "Giving gap is very very important," she explained. The Mayo Clinic explains that there are many methods of time restricted eating.
- Alternate-day fasting. Eat a normal diet one day and either completely fast or have one small meal (less than 500 calories) the next day.
- 5:2 fasting. Eat a normal diet five days a week and fast two days a week.
- Daily time-restricted fasting. Eat normally but only within an eight-hour window each day. For example, skip breakfast but eat lunch around noon and dinner by 8 p.m.," they explain.

Shama never skips a yoga session. "This one was tough but soooo liberating, powerful strengthening and all glute / back muscle opening," she captioned this Instagram photo. More than 100 different types, or schools, of yoga exist, per American Osteopathic Association.

Sikander stays in a zen zone with the help of meditation. "Trolls rarely affect me now, all thanks to the meditation that I practice on a regular basis. That helps me keep calm," she told Indian Express.
Rule 6: Don't Overlook Self-Care
Sikander prioritizes self-care. "I just love going to spas and indulging myself in massages at least once a week. Sleeping is another great way to relax. Listening to soft music helps me unwind after a hard day's work. Traveling is another passion that always rejuvenates me," she told Celeb Fitness.
