She Embraces Her Age
Agustina embraces her age. "It seems to me that at thirty I don't criticize myself at all. I am thirty and I am what I am because of the choices I made. The thirty came to me without question," she told Caras. "I think that if I look more beautiful it is because I feel better. The internal drives the external."
She Is a Vegetarian
Agustina maintains that switching to a plant-based diet helped her lose weight. "The vegetarian diet clearly helped to look thinner," she told Caras. She also claims it helps her feel better. "I have better eyesight, hair and I wake up with more energy than before. Beyond the physical aspect, which is great because I work with my body, the change in diet helped me in a lot of ways."
She Cooks Her Own Food
Agustina also cooks her own food. "When I made the decision to be a vegetarian nine years ago, I studied macrobiotic cooking because I wanted to do it well. These are processes that must be carried out conscientiously and responsibly," she told Caras. "At home we prepare almond milk and know how to make it. We knead bread, we make homemade seitan, which is vegetarian meat, we have a day for each cereal and we eat quinoa, seaweed."
She Does Pilates
Agustina exercises, "because I like it," she told Caras. "I do Pilates but a strong style with my teacher, Federico Randazzo."
