She Eats Lighter At Night

In an interview with Página 7 Cata revealed that she recently amped up her diet. "I have tried to put more effort into the issue of food," she said. "For example, at night I try not to eat heavy things because I am not going to spend all that energy."

She Only Eats Carbs During the Day

"I do not deprive myself of eating carbohydrates," Cata told Pagina 7. For lunch she eats "a plate of rice with meat," however, later in the day she won't eat carbs. "At night I do eat salads and proteins," she added.

She Works Out Regularly

Physical fitness is a big part of Cata's life. "I have been a little lazy in the exercise, this week I decided to go back with everything because although I went to the gym, it was suddenly, once or twice a week, but now I want to go every day," she said. "I am in full campaign because I want a summer to be well and comfortable."

She Dances and Runs

Aside from working out at the gym or in her apartment, Cata loves to "dance. Also, I run twice a week." She also does squats "every day," per  Nueva Mujer. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

She Hydrates

How does Cata keep the cellulite away? She claims that one of the best things to do, aside from squats, is to "drink lots of water ," she told Nueva Mujer. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
