She Removes All The Things Clogging Her Skin
Biggs opened up about her wellness in an interview with Women Fitness. She says that when it comes to skincare, her main focus is unclogging pores and removing other dirt. "I use mostly Image skincare products. I like something that's going to work for my skin. It's hard when you're working a lot, because TV makeup is very heavy and can clog my skin, so I like to use products that firstly remove as much makeup and dirt as possible and that repair and renew my skin."
She Loves Pilates and Boxing
Biggs also talked about her favorite exercises in her Women Fitness interview. "I love Pilates," she says. "Having had a dance background and having that muscle memory, Pilates is my go-to exercise. The slower and more precise, the better. I also love to hit up a bit of boxing. It's great to get out some energy and frustration."
She Cooks
Biggs tells Women Fitness that she likes to cook a lot of her own meals. "I'm lucky, because my Mum was always a great cook, and healthy too. So I'm pretty good at whipping up a tasty healthy meal in the kitchen. I think the best things is to add as much colorful veggies to your plate as you can, eat good fats and steer away from processed carbohydrates."
She Believes In Moderation
Biggs makes sure to eat healthy. However, for her, that doens't mean putting herself on a diet. "I don't believe in strict diets," she tells Women Fitness. "They never work for me." Biggs also says that she practices moderation. "I do believe that moderation is key though… I love some cheeky dark chocolate and a glass of red on the side."
She Has Support
Biggs tells Chats with Pav that she has a strong support system behind her. She also says that these people helped her get through a rough time. "I went through disordered eating for some time. But it's nice to kind of, I guess look back now.
