Megan McKenna is living it up on vacation, in her swimsuit. The British reality star shows off her figure in a few of her latest social media posts. She Focuses On a Healthy Diet

Megan starts her approach to health with a nutritious diet. "For breakfast I'll have waffle and beans for plus orange juice and a cappuccino mid-morning. Lunch is a chicken and vegetable stir fry with extra bean sprouts," she dished to Closer about what she eats in a day. "For dinner I'll make sausage and mash with onion gravy or filet steak with spinach and sweet potato followed by Solero ice cream for dessert." As for snacks, she munches on "Peperami, Babybel cheese, Capri Sun, red grapes, garlic and jalapeño stuffed olives or Parma ham."

She Takes Care of Her Health

Megan suffers from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and celiac disease, recently telling MailOnline how it has impacted her health. "When I get really bloated my belly can swell up to the point where I literally look two months pregnant. I can go from that extreme, to having a really bad belly and losing weight – because if you can't keep [food] down, how are you going to keep it on?"she said. "I'm constantly working with new people every day of the week, and if I'm turning up to a new job and I have [bowel] issues, the last thing you want to be doing is running to the toilet, it's horrible. When I get a really bad bout of painful bloating and that urgency that I need to go to the toilet, and I'm out on a night out with my friends, there's been times when I've had to leave and go back."

She Enjoys Outdoor Exercise

Aside from working out in a gym, Mean loves exercising outdoors – even when in the ocean. A few of her favorite activities? Jet skiing and paddleboarding, regularly sharing photos of her sessions on social media. "Morning paddle board with the baby sharks," she captioned this Instagram Reel.

She Avoids Gluten

Megan can't eat gluten because of her celiac diagnosis. She even published her own cookbook called, Can You Make That Gluten Free? "Years of showing you guys my recipes on here, hundreds of lovely messages weekly asking am I ever going to release one? And here it is! I'm very proud of myself!" she wrote on social media.

She Walks Her Dog

Megan has a great workout buddy – her dog! "I really don't work out that much, but I take my poodle Daisy out for a walk every day. It's really more about what I eat," she told Closer.

She Hydrates

In her latest photo, Megan sips water out of a coconut. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
