One way Gemma stays fit and happy is by riding horses. The reality star even calls herself a "horse dancer." Why should you consider riding? According to a study by the British Horse Society, 30-mins of trotting on a horse can burn up to 600 calories. And, the balance needed to stay on the saddle can work your core.

Go Skiing

Another outdoor hobby that Gemma enjoys in the winter is skiing. She regularly can be found hitting the slopes. According to TripSavvy, An average-size adult weighing 150 pounds can burn significant calories while skiing. Just skiing with a "light effort" can burn 250 – 300 calories per hour, while a "moderate effort" burns 340 – 400 calories per hour, and "vigorous effort or racing" 475 – 600 calories per hour.

Indulge in Cheat Meals

Gemma maintains a healthy diet, but allows herself to cheat on occasion. She especially loves to go to brunch with her friends. One of her most recent breakfasts appears to be a creamy, saucy eggs benedict dish and an ice cream drink to go with it. Gemma is all about the occasional glass of wine. "Absorbing," she captioned this photo of herself enjoying some vino. While white wine doesn't boast the same health benefits as red, drinking a glass is a great way to get antioxidants into your diet.

Gemma recently got back to the gym, even creating a tab on her Instagram account. "Back to it. The lull before New Year is killing me," she captioned one of her Instagram Stories.
