Harold's health is very important to her. And she has a good reason. Harold is open about her struggles with her health. Specifically, a health crisis she had when she was a teenager. "I was in year 10 when I fell ill and was in and out of hospital," Harold told The Mirror. "At that point I just gave up and didn't try with GCSEs."

She Wants To Raise Awareness

When it comes to acting, Harold wants to represent people. During her time on Eastenders, her character developed a brain tumor. She opened up about what this was like to The One Show. "It's been a massive responsibility to be given this storyline by the show," she said. Just because it's affected so many people. Especially me starting the story, I didn't realise just how many that it does and how little awareness there is and how little funding there actually is for brain tumour research."

She Hikes

Harold loves to spend time outside. She does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing Harold likes to do is go hiking. While on a trip to Greece, she made sure to hike through the local spots. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself on top of a rock. She captioned the post, "Take me back."

She Swims

Another outdoor activity Harold enjoys doing is going swimming. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself in a pool. Harold captioned it, "I need some sun." Healthdirect.gov reports that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Swimming is a sport that you can do in a squad or independently, at any time of year. Being low-impact, swimming is a great option for people recovering from injury. Swimming has many health benefits including increasing your fitness, muscle strength and wellbeing."

Harold spends a lot of time outside. Her Instagram is full of photos of herself outside. Harold also travels a lot, and goes to a lot of different places.
