Layla loves water sports, especially jet skiing. She captioned a photo of herself on one, "the only thing I'll be riding this summer." According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

She Does Juice Cleanses

Layla eats healthy the majority of the time, and on occasion does a juice cleans. She captioned this photo of herself drinking a green juice, "already need another juice cleanse." While many people believe that these type of cleanses promote gut health, there is no evidence supporting any health benefits. She Goes for Walks

Layla gets her steps in by going on lots of walks. "In my element," she captioned this photo of herself taking a walk on the cliffs hanging over the ocean. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. Spending so much time in the ocean, Layla enjoys swimming. "Beach baby," she captioned a photo of herself going for a swim. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

She Loves Asian Food

Layla loves asian food, especially Japanese. She captioned one photo of herself eating edamame, "sushi dates." She has also shared lots of posts of herself eating dumplings and sashimi and also rice rolls. "Fish is a very important part of a healthy diet. Fish and other seafood are the major sources of healthful long-chain omega-3 fats and are also rich in other nutrients such as vitamin D and selenium, high in protein, and low in saturated fat," says Harvard Health. "There is strong evidence that eating fish or taking fish oil is good for the heart and blood vessels."
