She Rides Horses

África loves riding horses, a great workout for the body and mind. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

She Doesn't Eat These Things

África eats a healthy diet. However she has eliminated a few things. She revealed in an Instagram Story that soda, bread, sugar, and dairy have no place on her daily menu. "Don't even think about reaching for that diet soda, either. Diet soda is notorious for having artificial sweeteners in them, which can contribute to weight gain, increased hunger, diabetes and can even impact your metabolism. Not only that, but one study suggests that diet soda may change how your brain reacts to cravings for food high in calories," says the Cleveland Clinic.

She Works Out for 20 Minutes Every Day

Zavala told People that she always makes time for a workout, even if it is a quick one. "You can always do it, even if it is about 20 minutes and achieve it with all the tiredness in the world," she says. "And little by little the body air, returning to normal."

She Rides a Spinning Bike

África loves spinning. In a post she explained that she was grateful for the at-home exercise tool. "As you know I just had a baby and self-care as well as following an exercise routine becomes complicated, so thanks to this bike Benotto forza V2 available with my friends of @TheTuttoStore I can get back to my grind. That's why I want to encourage you to get active too," she wrote in the caption.

She Hydrates

Zavala makes hydration a priority. She tells Hola Hola Doctor that she drinks a lot of water each day.  "We should always do it for health," she says. "Drinking water makes your skin look beautiful and you feel good; not taking it can also do a lot of damage to your brain and you don't know it." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
