She Drinks Coffee

Amber loves drinking coffee. "Skinny vanilla latte with almond milk please," she captioned a recent post. A 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

Amber obviously spends a lot of time in the gym to achieve her fit figure. One thing she does? The beauty lifts weights. "Feeling fresh," she captioned this mirror selfie from the gym. Her Diet Is Healthy

On her Active with Amber Instagram account, Amber reveals all of her diet secrets. She loves veggies smoothies (spinach, celery, apple, nonfat Greek yogurt, water, and vanilla whey protein is her recipe), smoothie bowls, and juices. Most of her lunches and dinners consist of a protein and lots of veggies. When she does eat carbs, she focuses on whole grains instead of those made with white flour.

She Soaks in the Hot Tub

Amber loves relaxing in the hot tub. How can hot water do your mind good? Baths have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

She Walks

Since Amber has a dog, she has no excuses. You can find her taking him for walks wherever she goes. "Little wholesome trip to Scotland with my boys so Oliver could go on lots of fun walks + explore! Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
