She Doesn't Count Calories
"I get asked a lot about my diet, what I eat in a day, what my restrictions are etc. Here is the main takeaway from these questions. I have been living this way for years: I don't count calories," Camille said in her Instagram Stories, per Sports Illustrated.
She Does "Count Chemicals"
While she doesn't pay attention to calories, she does keep track of something. "I count chemicals," she added. "It's always been my goal to eat as clean as possible as much as possible. Making meals/snacks/drinks with ingredients I know and understand. When I'm out to eat, this is much harder/or on the road at airports/on sets, etc., and I allow myself to eat unhealthy when I'm in a mood to and enjoy it."
She Tries to Eat Organic, Gluten-Free, Meat-Free, Dairy-Free
Camille sticks to buying organic and gluten-free foods and doesn't eat meat. She is also "mostly dairy-free," avoids coffee, and opts for gluten-free options while out.. "If I'm truly craving the gluten," she said. "I'll eat it and enjoy it."
She Hydrates
Hydration is a priority for Camille. "I like to stay as hydrated as possible so on top of drinking liters of water throughout the day I like to eat bowls of watermelon whenever I have a meal or am looking for a snack. It's a great way to fill me up while hydrating my body and keeping my skin nice and hydrated," she told Sports Illustrated.
She Rides Bikes
Camille loves riding bikes. "A Sunday kind of love," she captioned a snap of herself biking in her bathing suit. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
She Uses Workout Bands
Camille makes exercise convenient. "I love carrying workout bands in my bag wherever I go. It's low impact, highly effective and great for full-body exercising," she told Ok!. "Exercise resistance bands have become a mainstay of workout regimens for both muscled-up gym veterans and fitness training newcomers. The reason? They're easy to use, extremely versatile and powerfully effective," says the Cleveland Clinic. "In resistance band training, you replace bulky exercise equipment with rubber resistance bands that you stretch. The force it takes to stretch the bands works your muscles just like using free weights or machines."
