Anna is a horse lover and spends a lot of time riding. "An enchanted horsie," she captioned a photo of herself in a swimsuit with one of her horses. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

She Eats Fruits and Veggies

Anna gets all the nutrients she needs by eating fresh fruits and veggies. She loves avocados, tomatoes, bananas, and lemons, and tries to stick to organic produce found at local farmer's markets.

She Hikes

Anna loves hiking. After a long hike she celebrating by taking a swim in her bathing suit. "There were little fishys ontop of this mountain lake that nibbled you when you swam 🤯 We accidentally hiked up a mountain and we were so happy when we found this lake – Ofcourse I just jumped in with my Harry Potter T-shirt and undies 🍀 Switzerland is definitely the most beautiful place I have ever seen 🏔 ( P.S THE MOUNTAIN YOU SEE IN THE BACK IS THE MOUNTAIN FROM THE TOBLERONE CHOCOLATE PACKET )" she captioned the post.

She Hydrates

Anna understands the importance of hydration. "Somewhere in the desert," she captioned a photo of herself drinking out of a coconut. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

She Cheats

While Anna eats healthy most of the time, she allows herself to indulge on occasion. A few of her favorite cheat meals? A huge slice of pepperoni pizza and In-N-Out burgers. Allowing yourself cheat meals is a great way to reward yourself for healthy eating.
