She Cuts Carbs When She Needs to Lose Weight Fast
Pragya revealed her lost-weight-fast method to You and I. "Nothing too drastic ever but I went off carbs for a song shoot where I needed to look super fit. Carbs for me Carbs for me is happiness, so it wasn't my best time. But I have never looked fitter or better since then, so in a way, it was worth it too," she said.
She Eats "Everything in Moderation"
When it comes to her everyday diet, Pragya isn't too restrictive. "I don't follow any strict diet, just eat everything in moderation also I am not a fan of junk food that's just a plus point," she told Women Fitness.
She Exercises 5 Times a Week
Frequent exercise is something Pragya prioritizes. "I make sure to do some physical activity at least 5 times a week. My fitness routine consists of weight training in the gym alongside with dancing on alternative days," she told Women Fitness. She also suggests people to "do something you love, be it Zumba, cardio or any physical activity to increase your happy hormones and find your Bliss!"
She Hydrates
Pragya also understands the importance of hydration. "The first thing that I have in the morning is a glass of lukewarm water with some lemon in it," she revealed to Women Fitness. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
She Takes Care of Her Mental Health
Pragya also makes sure to take care of her mind. "I definitely agree that alongside physical fitness, mental health is extremely important I generally try to surround myself with positive vibes and cheerful mood. But there are certain days when you feel low and down, in those times I make sure to share my feelings with the people around me that really helps," she told Women Fitness.
