She Works Out 8 to 10 Hours a Week

Toya devotes a lot of time to exercise. "When a solid 2hr. work out (4-5 days a week) and Cute corset comes together!" she mused in an Instagram caption. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

She Plays Tennis

Toya also enjoys playing tennis. "Just doing what I ❤️🎾🎾🎾" she captioned on the many posts on her feed devoted to the racquet sport. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

She Drinks Coffee

Toya can often be found with a coffe cup in hand. "Just Me & Sunny Days," she captioned this post. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

She Skis

Toya also enjoys going skiing with her family. "Skiing the hard way," she captioned a video from a ski trip to Snowmass. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

She Indulges in Self-Care

"Self care," Toya captioned a video of herself, putting bath salts in a hot tub. Taking a bath is a convenient self-care routine. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
