She Boxes
Béatrice is an avid boxer. She throws punches at a boxing club Rebl Union and regularly shares photos and videos of her workouts on her Instagram Stories. "I'm addicted," she confessed in one. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."
She Spins
Béatrice also takes a lot of spin classes. "My medicine," she captioned a video of own of her workouts at a studio. She also loves riding bikes outdoors. "bucket list moment! the face of someone who just finished her first week-long bike trip along the entire south coast of a country," she captioned an image of one of her week-long rides.
She Does Weight Training
"One of the questions I get asked the most is 'what are your go-to workout exercises?' You guys know that I love spinning and running and pretty much any high intensity cardio workout, but I also love squeezing in exercise at home," Béatrice captioned a post. "So I got together with my trainer @stacylelfitness to make some cute videos of my favorite workout exercises that are super quick and fun to do (with no equipment required)."
She Rows
Rowing using a rowing machine is another way that Béatrice stays in shape. According to AFPA Fitness, a rowing machine exercises your upper body as well as your lower body. "The rowing stroke when using an indoor rower is composed of 65-75% leg work and 25-35% upper body work," they say.
She Drinks Coffee
Béatrice loves starting her day with a cold coffee – even in the winter. "Snowstorm but i still take my coffee iced," she captioned a photo. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
