She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

 

De Moras revealed some of her favorite foods in an interview with La Cuarta. "My breakfast is super healthy," she says. "Vegetable smoothies, vegetables and fruits. Around 9-10 am, already in the morning, I eat a pan of three scrambled eggs alone (without bread). And before that I ate a pita bread with turkey ham and avocado."

She Basis Her Diet On Her Exercises

De Moras tells La Cuarta that her diet is based on how much exercise she does. "You eat much more, but you have to be more aware, because since you're hungrier sometimes you walk around and say 'I'll eat anything', and that's when you say 'no'. Hopefully what I'm going to eat has a large portion of protein, with carbohydrates, like a turkey sandwich; if there is not, it can be a yogurt. But it is no longer the pecking of the cookie. And about the gym, every day I go for at least one hour and go jogging."

She Weight Trains

De Moras posts a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is weight train. She shared this video of herself in the gym. In it, De Moras is seen doing squats with a barbell and squat jumps with handweights. She captioned the post, "An intense week is coming, let's go with everything!"

She Works Her Legs

De Moras doesn't skip leg day. In several of her workout videos that she posts on Instagram, she is seen doing different lower body exercises. De Moras posted this video of herself doing a session at the gym. In it, she is seen doing squats with a machine, lunges with a barbell, and bridge raises. She captioned the post, "Training again with my great partner!"

She Meditates

De Moras likes to meditate. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself meditating and talking about the importance of it. While on a trip to Ukraine, De Moras made sure to get a session in. She shared this photo of herself meditating in a hotel room. She captioned the post, "Just an invitation to breathe!"
