Nabilla told Gulf News that doing makeup is "like therapy" for her,"a way to gain self-confidence, to express who I am," she said. "Beauty is a bit like the school of life; we experiment, we learn, we make mistakes, we start over, we create a personality, then we assert ourselves, and finally find ourselves. I want to give everyone the chance to try it and have the freedom to just be themselves!"

She Skis

Nabilla loves to ski and goes on regular vacations to the mountains with her family. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

She Hydrates

Nabilla understands the importance of hydration. Here she is drinking out of a coconut on the beaches of Brazil. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

She Paddle Boards

Nabilla, who spends a lot of time at the beach, loves paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Takes Baths

Nabilla loves soaking in hot water, in a hot tub or bath. Here she is taking a bath with her baby. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
