Loraine loves staying in shape by hitting the court and playing tennis. "Just what I needed!" she captioned this Instagram post. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

She Keeps Herself Motivated

Loraine keeps herself motivated to exercise. "Who's back in full swing at the gym? 💪🏼 It motivates me to buy cute clothes to go to the gym," she joked in an Instagram post.

She Does HIIT Workouts

Loraine relies on high-intensity interval training to keep her body strong but lean. "Thanks to my family at Orange Theory Fitness for class this Saturday," she captioned a video of her circuit training workout. Research backs up the many benefits of HIIT workouts. She Walks on the Beach

Loraine also enjoys walking, especially on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace

She Takes Supplements

Loraine loves taking supplements. "They ask me a lot about my diet and daily routines to keep me well. I tell you that I do not do other worldly things other than the diet of my nutritionist and consume these papaya enzymes. Digestive enzymes help ease digestion, release vital nutrients, and support healthy digestive function," she revealed in a Facebook post.
