Deva loves taking walks. "Mentally I'm here," she captioned a photo of herself taking a walk on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace

Deva radiates self-confidence. "I've always had confidence thanks to the large amount of support from my surroundings, but I would say it's only been a few years since I really started understanding what the true meaning of confidence is. It helps a lot when it comes to figuring out what I want in life and being assertive," she told The Glass Magazine.

Deva takes time out of her busy schedule to indulge in self-care. "I love to spend time with my friends and my boyfriend, cook, paint, play an instrument, go for walks, or sometimes just enjoy some alone time where I can plan my schedule and rest," she told The Glass Magazine.

Deva challenges her mind by learning new things. "Next year, I wish to be able to have time to learn a new language and go on a trip with my dad somewhere beautiful," she told The Glass Magazine.

She Loves Fruit

Deva eats incredibly healthily. She loves fresh fruit and produce. "I'm blue," she captioned a photo of ripe blueberries. "Scientists have shown that blueberries are loaded with compounds (phytonutrients) that may help prevent chronic diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. Blueberries may also improve short-term memory and promote healthy aging. Blueberries are a low-calorie source of fiber and vitamin C — 3/4 cup of fresh blueberries has 2.7 grams of fiber and 10.8 milligrams of vitamin C," says the Mayo Clinic.
