Amelia Dimoldenberg in Bathing Suit "Felt Cute, Might Delete Later"
British presenter Amelia Dimoldenberg is sharing swimsuit pictures on her Instagram page with the caption "Felt cute, might delete later 🌴"—and at least one person is a big fan. Dimoldenberg posted a snap of herself posing in a black and white checked bathing suit, and rapper Drake left a flirty "chups" as a comment. Fans are speculating this might mean he will appear on her show Chicken Shop Date, but either way he clearly admires Dimoldenberg. How does she stay so fit? Tea First Thing
Dimoldenberg enjoys an antioxidant-packed cup of tea every morning. "The first thing I do is… make myself a cup of tea," she says. "My mum bought me a giant mug for Christmas that is pretty much a pint glass. I love tea so much, it makes me feel alive. Then I will make breakfast."
Same Breakfast Every Day
Dimoldenberg is a creature of habit when it comes to her breakfast. "Every morning I eat the same thing: porridge with honey and strawberries and blueberries on top," she says. "I will also have a bagel or a crumpet with strawberry jam on top. I think breakfast is one of those meals where it's acceptable to have the same thing every single day. Saying that, I pretty much eat chicken for dinner every night."
Lots of Chicken
Dimoldenberg—unsurprisingly—eats a lot of chicken. "If roasting a whole chicken or turkey, remove the skin before carving and serving the meat," says the American Heart Association. "Use healthier cooking methods: bake, broil, stew and roast."
Sun Protection
Sun protection is an important part of Dimoldenberg's skincare routine. "Remember that sunscreen needs to be reapplied approximately every two hours," says Dr. Jennifer Lin, an assistant professor of dermatology at Harvard Medical School and co-director of the Melanoma Risk and Prevention Clinic at Brigham and Women's Hospital. "The effect of chemical sunscreen wanes after you apply it, and most sunscreens tend to be sweated off."
Work Ethic
Dimoldenberg built her career up through hard work and self-belief. She says if Drake agrees to be interviewed for Chicken Shop Date, it will end the series on a high note. "He slid into my DMs during my birthday party and wrote, 'Chicken shop date in Harrods?' I screamed," she said. "He's, like, the most famous man in the world."
