China Suárez is heating up the shoreline in her swimsuit. The Argentine model and actress flaunts her insanely fit figure in a black bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, driving her followers wild. She Works with Professionals

China explained to Revista Gente that when she needed to lose over 10 pounds for a role, she enlisted the help of professionals to do it safely. "I took care, guided by doctors and nutritionists, I followed the diet, I trained, I reduced the amounts and I noticed that eating less makes me very bad-tempered," she said.

She Ate a Lot of Protein

During an appearance on the Mirtha Legrand program, she added that eating a lot of meat and chicken helped her drop weight fast. "I had to eat a very high protein diet to make the movie Abzurdah: meat, chicken, meat, chicken," she said.

That Led Her to Become a Vegetarian

After eating so much meat, China took a "detox" week and ate just vegetables and fruits. It was then she decided to become a vegetarian. "I never ate meat again," she said. "I said 'I'm going to take a week to detox' and I couldn't eat anymore. I had the mixed feeling that I loved animals while eating a churrasco," she added. Now her diet consists mostly of "vegetable protein, lots of nuts, legumes."

She Boxes

China loves to box. "Guess who started training in 50 degree heat and at noon. Without excuses," she captioned an Instagram post of her workout. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

She Does Yoga and Pilates

"Today I took Pilates and yoga classes. I think I deserve an award ," China wrote in one of her Instagram Stories. Both yoga and pilates are very effective workouts. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," says Harvard Health. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
