"I'm really into wellness, especially natural holistic medicine," Walker explained to Vogue in 2021. "I love acupuncture, yoga and meditation. I work with a healer who practices Chinese medicine and we're doing breathwork, which is much more difficult than I thought."

She Does Yoga

Meadow is one of the many stars who swear by yoga. Here she is behind the scenes at a photoshoot showing off her moves with the caption "bts backbends with my favorites." There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Meadow takes "really good care" of her skin and regularly soaks in the tub for self care. She is also "really into" crystals. "I grew up with crystals in the house and I actually have my dad's entire collection, probably more than 30—including massive ones the size of a laptop—in my apartment," she told Vogue. "I've been putting them out in the moonlight and charging them for as long as I can remember."

She Talks About Her Problems

Meadow prioritizes her mental health by opening up to others. "Do what makes you feel good about yourself and try to shut out the rest," she told Vogue when asked about the self-confidence advice she gives people. "I'm not the most confident person in the world, but I have to bring myself back to that. If you keep those feelings of insecurity and not feeling confident in your head too long, it becomes so real. It's good to talk to people, especially with someone you feel comfortable talking to who understands and knows you. They will be able to recognize the things that make you happy and what you like about yourself."

She Scuba Dives

Walker, who grew up in Hawaii, loves swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
