In it, she compared two swimsuit photos of herself, one from 2019, and one from 1984. Porzikova captioned the post, "Martha Stewart @marthastewart48 is one of the four covers of this year's SI. At 81, she's making history as the oldest woman to be a bathing suit pinup. Padma Lakshmi @padmalakshmi is another gorgeous, powerful, intelligent woman featured inside at 52. She Works With A Trainer

Porizkova opened up about the changes she made to her fitness on Instagram. She says that she decided to work with a trainer after dealing with some injuries. "Staying in shape after menopause takes a lot of frickin' work. Especially when you have wonky hips. I've had to cut down on my Pilates since I came back for the jungle shooting #beyondtheedge because my hips won't cooperate. What I'm doing instead, for now, is some serious PT. I found an amazing personal trainer at my local Crunch, Shelly, who alternates hip PT with strength training."

She's Comfortable With Herself

As you can see from her recent post, Porizkova is all about being comfortable with herself. She talked about this in the caption of the previous Instagram post, "I may not be as strong or as supple or as smooth as in my youth, but I am comfortable with my vulnerabilities, conscious of my weaknesses, proud of my strengths – and best of all, have the wisdom to put it all together and delight in the results. #betweenjloandbettywhite #workingout #unstoppable #strength #agingaintforsissies."

She Works Hard

Another of Porizkova's fitness secrets? Hard work. She talked about this in the previous Instagram post's caption, "So, yes, there are drawbacks to aging," Porizkova said. "One has to work a lot harder on things that were taken for granted. On the outside. On the inside, however, all the hard work already done is finally paying off."

She Intermittent Fasts

Porizkova opened up about her diet tips in the caption of this Instagram post. "Monday tip. 1: Intermittent fast," she started. "This is how I eat. I have no breakfast except tea or coffee and try to go as long as I can without eating. Generally, I last until about two or three pm, sometimes even all day – if I don't exercise! If I do, then I eat after my workout."

She Avoids Certain Beverages

Porizkova makes sure that she eats a healthy diet, and that means avoiding certain things. In the previous Instagram post, Porizkova writes that she is particular about what beverages she drinks. "I also drink up to three cups of coffee and two or more cups of herbal teas. No soft drinks, ever. No juices. If your fruit and veggies do not contain fiber ( as in juices) it's basically sugar water."
