1

Using Weights In Workouts

Mosetti uses weights and dumbbells to build strong muscle and get toned. "Barbells and dumbbells are classic strength training tools," says the Mayo Clinic. "If you don't have weights at home, you can use soup cans. Other options can include using medicine balls or kettlebells."

2

Skiing Trips

Mosetti loves hitting the slopes with her friends and family, an activity which is beneficial for bone health. "When you ski you carry the weight of your entire body on your feet," say the experts at the University of New Hampshire. "Your knees are the joints that endure that weight and must be able to move quickly despite it, so they are being strengthened when you ski."

3

Red Wine

Mosetti enjoys the occasional glass of wine, especially red, which is high in resveratrol. Experts recommend any alcoholic drink be consumed sensibly. "If you're going to enjoy a drink, focus on doing it in moderation," says cardiologist Dennis Bruemmer, MD.

4

Lots of Shellfish

Mosetti loves shellfish—especially shrimp and lobster, which are a great source of zinc and iron. "Salmon and other fatty fish are rich sources of the "good" fats, called omega-3 fatty acids," says Faye M. Dong, PhD. "Shellfish also contain significant amounts of these fats."

5

Hyaluronic Acid

Mosetti uses hyaluronic acid to keep her skin looking and feeling fresh and beautiful. "Hyaluronic acid helps skin stretch and flex and reduces skin wrinkles and lines," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Hyaluronic acid is also proven to help wounds heal faster and can reduce scarring."
