She Exercises
Sabrina makes sure to get enough exercise"It's not an every day thing by any means, but I try to balance it out however I can, and at least once or twice a week do something a little bit more disciplined," she told Marie Claire. "I will take a class of some sort, or do a workout at home.
She Does Pilates with Friends
Sabrina also has workout buddies. "I'll go to Pilates sometimes with friends of mine," she told Marie Claire. Why does she like working out with friends? She said, "because it makes me feel like I'm not working out."
She Writes Gratitude Lists in the Morning
Sabrina starts the day with a gratitude list. "I do try to list things that I'm grateful for first thing in the morning, just so I can start off my day hopefully in an attempt to make it more positive, before anything else kind of gets into my head," she told Marie Claire. "It actually has [benefited] my days a lot, just by taking those couple seconds to do that."
She Dances
Sabrina is constantly dancing. From her on-stage performances to Broadway plays, she burns a lot of calories by moving. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
She Drinks Lemon Water
Sabrina told Vogue in a video that "drinking ice cold water with lemon every morning" is her go-to morning cocktail. It "has been a very very big staple in my life to make me feel like I'm awake, I'm alert, to wake up my skin, kind of get the blood pumping and flowing," she said.
She Uses Essential Oils
"Another thing that I also love to use just in general, I'm a big fan of essential oils," Sabrina revealed to Vogue. I've always kinda been taking them with me on the road. This one is peppermint, so it's super strong but I put it on the back of my neck. She also puts it on her temples and her wrists. "Inhale very deeply and it's very strong but it makes me feel great."
