She Exercises
Isabelle revealed to GQ that she actually enjoys exercise. "I love training. Without it, I'm not the best that I can be. I try to work out six days a week, for at least 45 minutes," she said. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Her Diet Is Healthy
Isabelle maintains a healthy diet. She stays away from gluten, refined sugars, and dairy but doesn't shy away from carbs. "Carbs are fine–nothing wrong with them!" she says. "She's someone who takes care of her health 24×7. She's not like 'okay, I'm doing a film so this is the only time I'll stay in shape. Her food is very clean and protein-rich," adds Anmol Singhal, who owns a meal delivery service that she regularly uses.
She Does Pilates
Aside from the gym, you can find Isabelle on the pilates reformer. "First work out of the year after eating at least three times my body weight and being epically lazy over the holidays. Not going to lie….struggled quite a bit," she captioned a recent post.
She Does Aerial Silks
Isabelle also enjoys aerial silks. "Cirquedusoleil watch out @aditideshpande07 is gona take over your training program," she joked in a video.
She Practices Yoga
Isabelle is also a yogi. "Practising my practise," she captioned a photo of herself in pose. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
