Before I get out of bed," she told Vanity Fair. What are the health benefits of sleep? This Is Her Morning Routine

Really, the only kind of beauty thing that I do in the morning is tone my face with micellar water, put on sunscreen. I try not to wear too much makeup, but I do have this really great concealer that I just picked up. It's a Cle de Peau. It's expensive, but you just put it on little dots and suddenly you can go out the door."
She Drinks Tea

My favorite teas are Throat Coat, chamomile, hibiscus, green tea, Earl Gray, and chai tea. I love tea," she said. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.
She Mixes Up Her Meals

She Reads
Auli'i also reads and listens to podcasts. "I have picked up some really great books. I also have been listening to some podcasts. I feel like I'm learning a lot from listening to other people. I listen to my podcast through my headphones and I keep it in my pocket while I'm cleaning my house."
