Bodybuilder Barbara Carita in Two-Piece Workout Gear Says "Everyone Gets What They Deserve"

Here’s what Carita does to stay in great shape and take care of her health.

Barbara Charity is a successful IFBB Pro League BodyBuilder, a world champion twice over, and a two time Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix, in addition to providing coaching services. "Everyone gets what they deserve…😉," she said on Instagram while showing off her workout set. Here are some things that Barbara does to stay in great shape and take care of her health.

1

She focuses on form

She knows the importance of leading up to a certain weight, focusing on having the proper form. "Before focusing on the big loads learn the correct execution! Train the muscles not the EGO," she said on an Instagram video of her weightlifting (translated to english).

2

She prioritizes safety

She always recommends approaching things carefully and safely. "Be very, very careful about doing risky exercises that you are not able to perform! The jump squat should only be done if you are able to tackle it with the technique and only if you are physically sufficiently prepared," she said on instagram (translated to english).

3

She aims to eat natural

She promotes and recommends eating natural, real food, avoiding processed foods whenever possible. "Eat real food, not the processed version," she said on Instagram (translated to english). "Whole foods are higher in nutrients, such as fiber, minerals and vitamins than processed foods and when they make up the majority of a diet, may lower rates of heart disease, cancer and type 2 diabetes," according to nlccwi.org.

4

She educates her social media community

She likes to educate her community of fitness gurus. "A pound of fat and a pound of muscle weigh exactly the same, but the difference is in volume. Muscle is much denser and more compact than fat, so it takes up less space in the body. This means that, given the same weight, a person with more muscle will look more toned and defined than a person with more fat. It's not just a matter of how much weight you put on the scale, but also how that weight is distributed," she said on Instagram (translated to english).

5

She knows the power of believing in herself

She believes in herself and knows she's capable of so much more. "Believing in yourself is the most powerful thing you can do. It doesn't matter how many times you fall or how many people tell you that you can't do it. The truth is that your success depends only on you. Every challenge you face is an opportunity to prove how strong you are. Stand up, fight, and remember: if you don't believe in yourself, no one will. The power is in your hands. Go and make everything possible! Your Coach Barbara," she said on Instagram (translated to english).
