She kayaks

She posted a series of videos of her enjoying kayaking in the springs. "Silver Springs📍🐊," she said on Instagram while rowing along. Not only is it an incredible arm workout, but it's a great way to soak up the sun and take in some much needed fresh air.

She's grateful

She takes a moment to be thankful for everything. "I just really am grateful for every single person that has supported me and showed up for me and I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. The energy at the Arena was real and I just want say thank you @lfafighting for giving me this opportunity," she said on Instagram.

She hikes

She enjoys spending time outside, being active and hiking to stay fit. "Just another day in the wild with @jjaldrich @mikegonzales1981 and myself😂😭⛰️flight delay gives us time for adventures outside of the gym🤩❤️," she said on Instagram. According to the National Park Service, "hiking is proven to have many health benefits, ranging from physical exercise you get when out on the trail, to emotional or mental relief that comes from being in nature."

She loves fighting

Working out and getting into her pro fighting career has been beneficial to her in so many ways. "Why I love fighting🐒 1) I love learning. 2) I love the process/grind. 3) I love testing myself. 4) I want to be a positive role model…vs when I started Anger Managment 😂💀," she said on instagram.
