Real Estate Agent Lisa Simonsen in Two-Piece Workout Gear Enjoys Tennis

"I challenge you to try something new this week."

Lisa Simonsen is heating up the courts – in her tennis gear. In a new social media post the real estate agent and influencer shows off her amazing figure while playing tennis. "Tennis has been my new favorite hobby. 🎾 It's been amazing learning a new sport and challenging myself. It is also a great activity for the whole family! Life is so much more exciting when we try new things… I challenge you to try something new this week," she captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1

Her 3 Go-To Exercises

Lisa recently revealed some of her favorite exercises. "Want to quick start your day? Here are 3 exercises you can do in 5 minutes.

Jumping jacks: "A classic move that gets your heart rate up and your blood pumping. Try doing 20 jumping jacks to start your morning off right," she says.

Squats: "Great for building strength and burning calories. Do 10 reps of squats to get your lower body moving & boost your metabolism," she explains.

Plank: "A simple but effective exercise that engages your core & helps improve your posture. Hold a plank for 30 seconds to start your day strong," she suggests.

Plan Workouts Ahead of Time

In a recent post, Lisa reveals 4 key fitness tips. "How can you stay on track this #FitnessFriday?" she asks. Her first tip? "Plan your week ahead of time. Scheduling the week in advance on a given day will help even the busiest person fit in a workout, and help with overall productivity!"

3

Reward Yourself

Next, "reward yourself for reaching milestones," she recommends. "Take yourself out when you reach two weeks of working out consistently. Buy a new workout fit for making it to the gym every morning. We thrive on positive reinforcement."

4

Be Accountable

Accountability is also key, per Lisa. "Have some form of accountability. Whether it's a gym partner or your friend sending you a quick text, having another person," she says.

5

Take Rest Days

You shouldn't work out every single day, says Lisa. "Keep time for rest. If you're not keen on taking a day off, have a day in the week dedicated to light exercise, like yoga and meditation," she writes.
