In her Instagram post, the fitness influcner sported Fashion Nova's Like A Diamond Rhinestone Denim Bikini. She included a video of herself lying by the water as it rushed over her.

According to her Instagram feed, Selter is a major fan of doing red light therapy to boost her wellness.
She shared the benefits of the treatment in a post, writing, "Monday—time to hit that reset button! Selter remains consistent with her workouts, which is crucial to achieving results.
"Consistency is key for results..whether it's with work, your workouts, or what you put into your body," she wrote on Instagram. "Small, consistent actions lead to big changes over time. I always say, some movement is better than no movement."

She Gives Herself Abdominal Massages
To help decrease bloating and any abdominal upset, Selter gives herself stomach massages.
In one video, Selter heads into a sauna, lies down, and begins to gently massage her stomach. She captioned the post, "Whether I'm feeling sluggish, backed up, or just need a little gut reset, this works every time! You can do it laying down or standing up. She Uses The StairMaster
Selter doesn't just get her steps in on the StairMaster—she's mastered her own creative workouts on iy.
In one clip, she breaks down her stair climbing routine. "Goal: Sculpt, lift, and shape your glutes while burning fat," she wrote before diving in.
The warm-up includes three to five minutes of light steps, level 4-6 speed. "Focus on squeezing your glutes with each step to activate the muscles," she noted in the caption.
From there, the workout routine lasts 25 minutes and includes exercises like regular steps, skip-a-steps, kickbacks, and sprint mode.
The "finisher," or "burnout phase" as Selter dubbed it, lasts three to five minutes. "One minute of skip-a-step slow and controlled for maximum glute engagement. One minute of side stepping on each side. Thirty-second sprint to finish strong," she instructed in the caption.
