She recently played her Daredevil character, Elektra, in Deadpool & Wolverine, and she wowed fans with her toned figure.
Naturally, Jennifer Garner makes sure to stay in shape, and she's spilled her secrets in several interviews. Here's how Jennifer maintains her lean and toned superhero figure.
She Pushes Herself in Her Workouts
Jennifer's trainer, Beth Nicely, talked about working with the actress to E! News. Beth shared that, when it comes to working out, the star totally pushes herself.
"She's doing harder and more difficult things than she did 20 years ago. It's cool to train her in this part of her life and to see how someone who is 51 is so badass and stronger than she's ever been," Beth said at the time. "That's really inspiring as a trainer, as a woman. She's the real deal."

She Loves the Box Jump
One particular exercise Jennifer likes to do is the box jump.
"We started with an 18-inch box and [Jennifer] was like, 'Whoa, okay, my heart rate is up, this is a new thing!' And now she's jumped on a 36-inch box. We think of it as an adult jungle gym in a way, we do a lot of box jumping and agility and coordination training while holding heavy weights on boxes," Beth told E! News.

She's Consistent
Despite Jennifer's busy schedule, she doesn't let her exercise slip.
"She's so consistent with her workouts and sometimes it doesn't equal an hour," Beth told E! News of her client. "She's a mom of three, she runs businesses, she's an actress and she has a very busy schedule. So whatever amount of time I've got with her, we go hard."
She Dances
Jennifer loves doing cardio workouts—specifically dancing. Beth talked about the actress' love of dancing in an interview with Shape.
"On a typical day we'll do a solid warm-up and then we'll get the blood flowing and the heart rate up a bit with some cardio dances. We might do two to four dances," she shared.

She Works Out With Friends
One way the celeb sticks with her wellness routine is by leaning on her friends.
"I have buddies that I'm accountable to and I have coffee ready to go," she told Today.com. "That's what it is. It doesn't feel good if you've told your friends you'll work out with them, and then they all work out without you or they miss it because you don't show up. Those things don't feel good. So it's like a hack to make yourself accountable to someone that you say you're going to work out with."
