Thankfully, many stars lead by example, as their go-to snacks are high in fiber—and flavor. Let's take a closer look at 10 celebrity-approved, high-fiber snacks for a happy, healthy gut.

1. Whitney Port Loves Bananas

The Hills star, Whitney Port, 40, is bananas for bananas, she revealed while sharing her favorite snacks with E! News.

"Handfuls of roasted, unsalted almonds, a slice of sourdough bread with cashew butter and sliced bananas," she told the outlet. "A smoothie (mine usually have whole milk Greek yogurt, ice, a handful of spinach, some pineapple, whatever milk I have (right now it is Forager Coconut Cashew Oat), a banana, half an avocado, two dates, a dash of cinnamon (and sometimes a scoop of nut butter)."

2. Jessia Alba Is Always Munching on Popcorn

Jessica Alba, 43, gets plenty of fiber in her diet thanks to popcorn being her go-to snack.

"I'm addicted to popcorn," she told Shape magazine, via E! Online. "I eat it throughout the day. I'm a scatterbrain with lots of things to do at once, and eating popcorn helps me concentrate. It's my way of dealing with my mind wandering off."

3. Florence Pugh Is Hooked on Carrots and Peanut Butter

"Carrots with peanut butter is actually quite nice," the Little Women actress, 29, said during an interview with Harper's Bazaar.

Although both carrots and peanut butter are good sources of fiber, it's not necessarily the orange veggie she's most enthused about. "Basically, anything just serves as a spoon for peanut butter," Pugh joked.

4. Bobby Flay Is a Fan of Blueberries

During an interview with Bon Appétit, Food Network star Bobby Flay, 60, shared his love for blueberries.

"[Breakfast] usually consists of something like Greek yogurt with some fresh berries and honey or pomegranate molasses. Or I'll make a smoothie with Greek yogurt and blueberries," he told the publication. "My favorite smoothie's really simple: Greek yogurt, lots of fresh blueberries, and at Whole Foods they have this juice, it's a black currant juice, and that's what I use in my smoothie."

5. Dorit Kemsley Turns to Almonds During Snack Time

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley, 48, loves a couple of snacks that are high in fiber.

"Carrots and hummus is always a fave with a handful of raw almonds and/or cashews," she told E! News.

Top Chef star Padma Lakshmi, 54, opened up about her favorite snacks during a sit-down with EatingWell.

"I usually just try reaching for an apple, to be honest. I love Honeycrisp apples; we get great ones from the Union Square market, especially this time of year," she explained. "I will often just slice up an apple and have it with some peanut butter, that's a great snack for me."

Lakshmi added, "I love just a handful of almonds—I think anything we can do to have nuts and fruits, those good fats and natural sugars that we may crave are better than eating things we can't pronounce."

Kourtney Kardashian, 46, is known for eating super healthy. One of her go-to snacks? The celeb loves snacking on kale chips. On Instagram, she explained they were "one of my favorite 'pass-it-back' snacks—you know, those easy snacks you can pass back to hungry kids in a car on the way to wherever your afternoons bring you."

The recipe includes oats, coconut, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed—all good sources of fiber—among other simple ingredients.
