Nelly Korda Reveals Her Favorite Recovery Habit After Training

Nelly Korda, a professional golfer, played on the LPGA tour as one of the top women golfers. A lot goes into Nelly’s routine, especially when it comes to her reputation as staying calm, cool, and collected while in high pressure situations, having to bring her top-tier golf game to the competition. In her day-to-day life, she finds ways to stay active to maintain her physical and mental health. Here are five things that she does to stay at the top of her game.
She runs
In addition to her successful golfing career, and keeping up on her game, she finds other ways to stay active in her day-to-day life. When she’s out enjoying nature and sunshine, she enjoys going for a nice run to boost both her physical and mental health. “A week @ home,” she said on Instagram.
She focuses on leg workouts

In addition to staying at the top of her golfing game and remaining consistent with running, Nelly knows the importance of weight training and how strength training can improve overall athleticism. In a post on Instagram, she shows some of her workout routine involving weightlifting.
She encourages others

In addition to her time in the gym and golfing, she spends a lot of her downtime outdoors, as well. In this case on Instagram, Nelly’s jet skiing in the sun. Catching some waves, and soaking up a little sunlight does the mind and body some good! Even if she gets a little burned, she said.
She works on herself
