The talented model and actress, Madelyn Cline, known for her Netflix show Outer Banks and the 2025 remake of I Know What You Did Last Summer, focuses on her health and wellness in between her busy acting career. Madelyn prioritizes finding time to stay fit and dialed in on her goals.
She spends time outdoors

She stays active and busy, spending time outdoors and soaking in nature. Madelyn really enjoys riding horses in her free time, hitting the trails. “When I’m riding, I feel very centered,” Beauty Crew reports that Madelyn said to Vogue. In addition to riding, she enjoys walking and hiking, particularly around Hollywood.
Even work is a workout

In addition to her workouts, working on Outer Banks is a challenging workout in itself. While filming, she says Outer Banks is a tough workout already. “I get very sweaty. It’s a fun show, we have a good time shooting it. It is very physically demanding and emotionally taxing,” Beauty Crew reports Madelyn said to Interview.
She eats soup to keep it light

She’s a huge fan of delicious soups for dinner. “For dinner, because usually I wait to eat lunch later, I will probably do something just a little lighter. I love soup: chicken tortilla soup, I love a good green soup, lemon orzo soup is really yummy. I like Matzah ball soup, [and] potato and leek soup. The possibilities are endless here,” she said, according to Beauty Crew reports.
She eats breakfast

She squeezes in breakfast to start the day right. “Sometimes I’ll wake up really hungry,” she said to Harper’s BAZAAR. “I’ll do a breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, [or] maybe a smoothie. I usually wake up pretty thirsty, so I’ll probably chug some water,” beginning the day with proper hydration, Beauty Crew reports.
She has takeout on occation

She prioritizes a balanced lifestyle, getting takeout every so often when she’s in the mood. “On some days, [I’ll head to an American takeaway chain] In-N-Out. My order is a double-double [burger] with everything on it, plus chopped chillies, with an animal-style fry (AKA loaded fries), and a Diet Coke,” she said.
