Throwing together her ground turkey meatballs with breadcrumbs, red onion, feta, egg, garlic, herbs and spices.
She pushes herself

She challenges herself during workouts. “Pushing myself with heavier weights thanks to @betinagozo – this ish ain’t easy, but we did it 🥵💪🏽,” she said on Instagram. “Warm Up -2 Rounds, Half Frogger Rock w/ Leg Lift, Side Plank Rainbow, Fire Hydrants & Donkey Kicks. She resets
She takes the time she needs to relax and reset her body and mind. For Jessica, that can mean something as simple as spending time outdoors, soaking up some vitamin D. It can mean doing something active, starting her day with a healthy breakfast, or taking in views at the beach and exploring the nature around her.
She gets in the right headspace
She focuses on keeping her mental health in check, in addition to the physical. “Recently, I sat down with Oliver Nino @spiritualactivator – healer, best-selling author, and someone I’m lucky enough to call a friend – to talk about his latest book: Do This Before Bed,” she said on Instagram. “The premise is deceptively simple. Five minutes before bed. That’s it. And it just might change your life…What I found is that not only is it doable, it’s simple – and the benefits can be kind of life-changing.”
