Steinfeld revealed that she loves getting facials with WhoWhatWear. “I also love going to [Kidd] for a hydrafacial every now and then. I have found that less is more with my skin, so I don’t do too much. I'll do a hydrafacial when I'm in town and I can go in and see Christie, and it just feels like a really great way to cleanse the skin, clear out my pores, and hydrate and get all the good stuff in there that lasts me a good while if I am doing what I know I'm supposed to be doing in the interim with taking care of my skin.”

Bieber makes sure that she does a cardio workout. And she shared her favorite in her Harper’s Bazaar interview. “I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how move your body in boxing has been good for mental health." The Cleveland Clinic states that boxing has a lot of benefits. “The calories you burn during boxing can help you maintain or achieve a healthy weight. One study compared boxing training versus moderate-intensity walking in people with a body mass index (BMI) of greater than 25 (which is considered having overweight/obesity). The researchers noted reductions in BMI, waist circumference and body fat percentage in the boxing group, while the walking group showed no changes.”

3. She Removes Her Makeup

Bieber has amazing skin and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in a YouTube video. Bieber revealed that to take off her makeup, she uses an oil cleanse. “I started [oil cleansing] during quarantine, and it has honestly made the biggest difference in my skin. So that’s how I take my makeup off now. I don’t do it any other way.”

4. She Cleanses Twice

Bieber revealed in her YouTube video that she has two cleansers. After using the oil, she uses HoliFrog Tashmoo Waterlily Nourishing Milky Wash. “I like cleansers that don’t get super super foamy,” Bieber explained. “I prefer something that’s like a milkier, hydrating, nourishing wash. I never like for my skin to feel dry and stripped and tight after I wash it.”

Bieber opened up about her diet and exercise secrets with Harper’s Bazaar. In it, she revealed that she has reduced her meat consumption. "I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine," she explained. "I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils."

Olivia once said that she doesn’t do any ab workouts. “I just do really heavy compound lifts which work my entire torso,” she revealed in an Instagram Story Q&A. Her favorite area to train? “Back or quads,” she revealed. She loves doing bent over rows and squats. However, she recently shared a video of the ab workout she is doing to get ready for summer. “It’s time to cut for summer! I ended up doing 4 rounds x 30 seconds,” she captioned it.

Olivia isn’t a fan of cardio. She focuses on lifting weights in order to build muscl instead of losing weight. “The most I do right now is walking for like 10 minutes before I start if I feel like it,” she said. Occasionally, she might do some sprints.

Olivia switches up her routine every four weeks and shares her workouts on her LivFit app. The subscription includes a few 4-week programs, a nutrition guide, and new workouts weekly.

Olivia exercises to gain muscle, not lose weight. “I'm finishing up my first 8-week bulk of the year on Friday, and ya girl has gained 10lbs and is looking a littttttleee fluffy (although I don't mind it!) 💪🏼 but now I'm excited to start cutting for summer!” she captioned a post. “Fitness is such a huge part of my life; my days really revolve around my workouts and what I put into my body. For some reason, I always liked to keep it to myself and didn't talk about it too much on here, but that is about to change! She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts.
