Adrianne Ho is a very successful fitness model. She shares a lot of gorgeous photos on Instagram. Ho recently shared a set of photos on her story of herself working out. She wore a yellow two-piece set of workout gear. In one photo, she is seen jumping rope. She captioned the other photo, “Stronger than ever.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Adrianne Ho stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Buys Organic Food

Ho opened up about her diet in an interview with Coveteur. She says that she makes sure to buy organic food. “Make sure a large portion of your diet consists of whole foods. No, I'm not talking about the grocery store; I'm talking about food in their natural state that hasn't been processed, fried, baked, or roasted. That's when the most nutrients and enzymes are available for absorption.”

2. She Eats Healthy

Ho shared her favorite healthy meals with Coveteur. "A typical day will start with warm water and lemon to clean out and alkalize my body. Then I'll have a breakfast of avocado and a poached egg on Ezekiel or gluten-free toast, a salad for lunch, green juice in the afternoon, and a dinner of fish with brown rice and steamed veggies. I'll finish with Coconut Bliss ice cream."

3. She Runs

Beautiful,Young,Woman,Runner,In,A,Green,Forest.Shutterstock

Ho shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with ELLE Canada. She says that she runs in the morning. “I start the morning with a short run. I like to incorporate that into my regular activities around the neighbourhood so it doesn’t feel like a separate workout and I can spend time outside. I usually run about 2-3 miles and loop around to grab my morning coffee, stop by my local breakfast spot, or buy fruits and veggies at my local farmers market.”

4. She Does Harder Workouts In The Evenings

Adrianne Ho.5Adrianne Ho/Instagram

Ho likes to do harder workouts in the evenings. She shared her favorites with ELLE Canada. “The afternoon or early evenings is when I go for a harder workout. I like to mix it up between playing tennis, taking a class (like spinning, bootcamp, yoga, or boxing), or going to the gym to strength train. On the weekends I like to travel a little further and incorporate my workouts with discovering a different neighbourhood or spending time in nature, that would mean going for a hike with a pair of weights in Griffith Park or running the stairs in Santa Monica.”

5. She Does Cardio & Weights

Adrianne Ho .4Adrianne Ho/Instagram

Ho tells ELLE Canada that her approach to working out is doing both cardio and strength training. “I can’t have just one without the other,” she explained. “Both are important for different reasons. Cardio is good for the heart and lungs, it gets your whole body moving while making you sweat away toxins and stress. Strength training makes you stronger which helps prevent injuries and tones your body.”

We are committed to bringing you researched, expert-driven content to help you make more informed decisions around food, health, and wellness. We know how important making choices about your overall health is, and we strive to provide you with the best information possible.

Amanda Tress is a very successful fitness trainer. She recently announced her new 2025 program on Instagram. Tress captioned the post, “Did someone say ADVANCED workouts for 2025?! For those of you who are straight up ATHLETES because you have been crushing the FWTFL for years… we will have an ADVANCED workout track for you starting January 6! It’s about to get 👑🔥🚀”

She Does Burpees

Tress shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. As a part of her 12 Days of Fitmas series, she shared a different workout each day on her page. In this video, Tress is seen doing burpees. The Cleveland Clinic states that burpees have a lot of benefits. “Burpees are brutally efficient as a workout tool, meshing cardio and strength training into an extremely high-intensity package. In seven simple movements, the exercise works your body from top to bottom. It’s a continuous-movement activity that uses the full musculature of your body, says exercise physiologist Griffin Nykor, RKin, CPT.”

She Does Squats

Another exercise Tress did in her 12 Days of Fitmas series is squats. According to Piedmont, squats have a lot of benefits. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back. A squat has more overall benefits than, say, a bicep curl, which strengthens an isolated area.”

She Doesn't't Weigh Herself

In the caption of this Instagram post, Tress revealed that she doesn’t weigh herself or own a scale. “Why I don’t own a scale. I threw away my scale over a decade ago and I don’t often talk about why. I even banned ‘weigh ins’ through the FASTer Way when I first launched it because I feel so strongly that daily weigh-ins are not a good representation of progress and, in fact, can be a de-motivator. Over time, I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t found in numbers on a scale. Instead, I track my health and fitness through things that actually matter to me: 💪🏻Getting stronger in my lifts and seeing muscle definition develop 👕 How my clothes fit and feel ⚡ My daily energy levels 😴 Quality of sleep 🧘♀️ How my body feels - no bloating, moving well. Daily weigh-ins used to be demotivating and didn’t reflect the real progress I was making in strength and overall health. Plus the scale can’t measure confidence, strength, or how great it feels to crush a workout.”

She Does Deadlifts

Tress likes to do deadlifts to keep herself in shape. She is seen doing them in this workout video on Instagram. Tress captioned it, “I tweaked my back doing deadlifts 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 We shall see how this pans out trying to lug 5 kids around this weekend. 😝 I worked around it and still got in a great workout. Comment YES below if you crushed leg day!!!”

She Does Lunges

Tress shared some more of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video with a friend. One exercise she is seen doing in it is lunges. Tress captioned the post, “Comment YES below if you crushed leg day!! Oh my word. My legs are smoked. 🙌🏻👑🎄PS Emma is the best workout buddy and she’s getting so strong.”

Anita Herbert, a fitness model and entrepreneur, is preparing for an exciting new chapter as she expects her first child. Known for her dedication to health and fitness, Herbert continues to inspire her followers with workouts, nutrition tips, and glimpses into her active lifestyle. Recently, she shared a carousel post on Instagram highlighting her joyful November memories, captioning, “November memories 🎞️ the happiest I’ve been in a long time 🥹 I got to spend the entire month with my parents and sister, and it feels so surreal that the next time we’re all together, I’ll already be a mom 😭 I’m beyond excited for this new chapter.”

1. She Cooks

Herbert likes to cook healthy foods for herself. In this Instagram post, she is seen making a healthy pumpkin breakfast cake. Herbert captioned it, “Cake for breakfast?! YES, PLEASE 🤤 This super easy Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal is the perfect high-protein, make-ahead breakfast for those busy mornings!📝 Ingredients: ▪️2 ¾ cups oats ▪️ 1-2 scoops of protein powder (I love @onesthealth ‘s collagen-infused Vanilla Whey—easy to digest and tastes amazing! Order now for almost 50% off for BF SALE! Link in my bio. ▪️2 tsp pumpkin pie spice ▪️1 tsp baking powder ▪️¼ tsp salt ▪️1 cup pumpkin puree ▪️1 cup milk (your choice) ▪️2 large eggs ▪️⅓ cup maple syrup or honey ▪️¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil (can also use applesauce or greek yoghurt for lower fat alternative) ▪️2 tsp vanilla extract. Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9 dish. Combine dry ingredients, then mix in wet ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes until set. Top with pecans, maple syrup or whipped cream 😋”

2. She Has Recovery Days

Herbert makes sure to prioritize her recovery days. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Your reminder to don’t skip your recovery days 🙂‍↕️Up until a few years ago, you would NEVER catch me taking a day off. I thought that hammering my body would lead to faster progress—boy, was I wrong! 🫠 I was overtraining; my body was always achy and fatigued, my progress had stalled, and I felt less motivated to train because I never gave myself a day off. Now, I prioritize 1-2 recovery days each week, usually one on Sundays, where I do not touch weights and only focus on recovery and mobility work. This gives both my mind and body time to recover between sessions.🤍”

3. She Strength Trains

Herbert does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing strength training upper body workouts. Herbert captioned the post, “Let’s train back & shoulders⌛️my fav combo! PS those lateral raise 21’s at the end are definitely a burner 🥵 Let’s goooooo!! Herbert captioned the post, “15-Min Weekend ABS 🫡 Let’s finish the week strong! Who’s in? @onesthealth. 5. She Works Her Legs

Herbert doesn’t skip leg day. She shared some of her favorite glute workouts in this Instagram post. Emily Hayden is a fitness trainer with a large following on social media. She is about to participate in a secret project and is making sure to train hard for it. Hayden recently shared a workout video with a friend on Instagram. In it, they are seen doing things like box jumps, slamming weighted balls, and pushing weighted carts. She captioned the post, “What do you think would happen if you went ALL IN on you? No more holding back, no more half efforts, no more excuses, and no more making yourself small. NO. MORE.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Emily Hayden stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Pushes Herself

Hayden makes sure to push herself when she works out. She talked about this in the caption of her post. “Take up space. Face the challenge head on. Dominate what’s in front of you. Give it everything you’ve got. And when you feel like you have nothing left, remember… that moment is exactly why you’re here. Push through and show yourself that you can overcome any obstacle in front of you.”

2. She Strength Trains

Emily Hayden.2Emily Hayden/Instagram

Hayden likes to strength train to stay fit. In her Instagram video, she is seen using a weighted ball and a weighted cart. According to ACE Fitness, these exercises have a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

3. She Works Out With A Friend

As you can tell from her video, Hayden likes to work out with a friend. Better Health states that having a friend workout with you can push you. “When you exercise with a friend who’s around the same fitness level as you, you’re more likely to encourage each other and to push a little harder (to increase intensity, for example) than you might do on your own. A friend can bring out your competitive side and spur you on. When you’re ready to give up, the sight of your friend powering on might be just the incentive you need to keep going.”

4. She Does Squats

One workout that Hayden enjoys doing is squats. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them with a barbell. Hayden captioned the post, “Do it because you deserve the life that excellence produces. Do it for you. What would you go after if anything was possible? Go after that. How would you show up if you weren’t worried about the judgements of others? Show up like that.”

5. She Uses A Resistance Band

Hayden likes to use a resistance band when she trains her glutes. She shared one of her favorite exercises in this Instagram video. In it, Hayden puts the band on her waist, stretches it out, and does forward bends with a weight. Hayden captioned the post, “Try this on your next glute day! It’s one of my favorite glute exercises. Focus on the efficiency & fullness of each squeeze and give it a full slow stretch at the bottom of the rep. Let me know what you think 💞tag me in your stories if you try it!”

In a new social media post the MMA star shows off her fit figure in a two-piece exercise set during a strength training workout. “For me, working out and moving my body is the ultimate de-stressor 🏋🏻♀️ I know that I will be able to show up with more kindness, patience and empathy for Ava if I do the things I need to do to take care of myself first 🫶🏼Moms, Dads, Parents, People… We can't care for others if we don't care for ourselves first ☝🏼 Let's make wellness a priority! 💛,” she captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Complex Carbs

Lee eats carbs, but the right kind: “Switch your diet from simple carbs to complex carbs, and eat more carbohydrates in the morning so that you have energy to fuel you throughout the day,” she tells OneFC about her diet advice.

Protein

Angela prioritizes protein, but tries to fuel up on whole foods versus powders and supplements. “Protein powder is a great nutritional supplement,” she tells OneFC. “But remember to include natural protein such as chicken breast, fish, beef, and tofu in your diet as well.”

Smoothies

Angela also enjoys smoothies. She packs hers with a lot of produce. “If you are not a big fan of eating vegetables, fruit and vegetable smoothies are a great way to get your greens in,” she says.

Eat Bigger Meals Earlier in the Day

Lee recommends eating bigger meals earlier in the day. “Just eat less at night. It is actually healthier to have a big breakfast, moderate lunch, and a small dinner. This method will help you shed those extra pounds and get rid of fat,” she claims.

Her Favorite Exercises

In another interview with OneFC Angela reveals a few of her favorite exercises, starting with air squats. “It is good to practice your form, and it is an effective, easy workout,” she states. “Also, you can change the range if you want to go deeper, or if you want to go ‘sumo squat’ style,” she says. She also loves push-ups, “great for everyone to do daily, because it builds your shoulder muscles and tightens your core, as well as many other benefits,” Lee says. “Also, there are a lot of different kinds of push-ups you can do, like speed push-ups and triangle pyramid push-ups. You can change it up. There are a lot of different options.” And, she also does burpees. “It is a full body range of motion, and a great way to get your heart-rate up pretty quick,” Lee says.

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done
