It's about protecting the peace and letting things be your own but also not being afraid to exist. You can't hide. That's not fun, either. I am navigating it more than ever now."

Tom Holland

Zendaya is currently dating her Spider-Man co-star, Tom Holland, after years of friendship. He talked about how he deals with pressure and expectations in his career to The Hollywood Reporter. "The thing is," he says, "I love my job. I love my friends. I'm not worried about what people think. The only thing I really care about is how I feel. And right now, I feel really happy and excited for people to see this show."

Timothee Chalamet

Timothee Chalamet worked with Zendaya on the 2021 film, Dune. In an interview with Vogue, Chalamet talked about his career goals. "I hate to say it, but the dream as an artist is to throw whatever the f**k you want at the wall, you know? And I guess what I'm realising is that one's personal life, one's adult life, can be quite boring and the artist's life can still be extraordinary."

Hunter Schafer

Hunter Schafer plays Zendaya's love interest on Euphoria. In an interview with i-D, Schafer talked about her mental health, and not wanting to fit into a box. "I just had this conversation with my therapist the other day, actually, it was like: 'You're still putting yourself in boxes. You've worked your entire life to not be in boxes, and now you're doing it to yourself.' It's this weird addiction I think we have as humans, to fit into something."

Sydney Sweeney

Sydney Sweeney works with Zendaya on Euphoria. She shared some of her skincare secrets with Allure. Sweeney says that she loves using eye masks. "I travel with these," she said. "I bring these everywhere. I'm always showing up to set with eye masks on. Skin care has definitely gotten more important to me as I've learned the importance of skin care."

Coco Jones

Zendaya is close friends with actress and singer Coco Jones. She talked about her morning routine in an interview with Byrdie. "Depending on how much sleep I got the night before, I work out in the morning because I feel like it wakes me up and it gets me ready for the day. I like how I look when I've been in the gym consistently. After that, I try to take a moment to read a devotional, do some journaling, or write a gratitude list before I start running around. I use this time to be grateful and to prepare my mind and my spirit for the day ahead. If you wake up and you just feel like it's going to be a bad day, that's probably how your day is going to pan out."

Alexa Demie

Alexa Demie works with Zendaya on Euphoria. She talked about the importance of resilience when it comes to being an actor to WhoWhatWear. "You just have to keep going, even if you don't see the reward right  away, because it's going to come at some point. It's all timing. The universe knows what it's doing. You just have to trust it."

China Anne McClain

Zendaya and China Anne McClain worked on Disney Channel shows at the same time. Zendaya even guest-starred on McClain's show, ANT Farm. McClain talked about making a decision to cut her hair to Teen Vogue. "I never would've cut it when I was younger for a few different reasons. It was a security blanket to me. I was a Black girl with long hair, it was down my back and I always had people commenting on it like, 'Is all that your hair? It's so pretty?' but at some point, I realized that I was hiding behind it for that reason."

Maude Apatow

Maude Apatow works with Zendaya on Euphoria. She talked about how she got into acting, and how she approaches her character on Euphoria to Harper's Bazaar. "I was intensely involved in the theatre in high school and used it to channel all of my stress. We talked about that when we were trying to figure out what the storyline for the second season would be. I trust Sam; he knows my strengths, so I felt like I could take more risks with my performance."

Barbie Ferreira

Barbie Ferreira is another of Zendaya's Euphoria co-stars. She talked about the importance of not putting pressure on yourself to WhoWhatWear. "I feel like I had a lot of things come up emotionally because of the pandemic, and putting some of that into this season was therapeutic for me," she said. "I hope other people [watching] can also feel the same way and release the pressure of being perfect and happy all the time. Because that just doesn't exist."

Nika King

Nika King plays Zendaya's mother on Euphoria. In an interview with Westlake Malibu Magazine, she talked about the importance of being positive. "I have a spirit of positivity. I believe it is possible for us to live in harmony with each other; to be kinder to each other. Each one of us can make such a difference."
