Cheri shared a video of herself posing in a gray one-piece workout outfit, promising fans something exciting is on the horizon. “Something coming soon,” she captioned the post. “Obsessed,” a fan responded. Here’s what Cheri’s health regimen looks like, and the wellness practices she swears by.


1. She Deadlifts

Cheri isn’t afraid of heavy weights and loves leg day. “I’d like to say I’m more of a girlie girl these days, but growing up with four brothers, playing football and basketball was a given,” she tells Muscle and Fitness. When I go home, the rowdiness definitely comes out! I’m a huge fan of ‘leg day’ and I’m always doing lower body. I can’t get enough of it. And I also deadlift. My max was 205 lbs. and I’m like 125 lbs. I was really proud of myself on that one!”

2. Dry Brushing

Cheri swears by dry brushing for beautiful, glowing skin. “Dry brushing is my pre-sauna ritual!” she captioned an Instagram video. “It not only enhances skin texture but also boosts circulation and supports the lymphatic system to help move the stagnant toxins out of your body. We cannot detox our lymphatic system on our own, this is why being active, lymphatic massage and dry brushing are so important. Pair it with a sauna session for a double detox to sweat out all the stagnant toxins you just moved around and you will be feeling refreshed inside and out.”

3. Grounding Practice

Cheri believes grounding has special health benefits. “Did you know that connecting with the Earth’s negative charge can benefit your health in numerous ways? From reducing inflammation and stress to improving sleep and boosting energy, grounding has a profound impact. It’s like a natural reset button for our bodies. Studies suggest it positively influences red blood cells, promoting better circulation and helping prevent diseases. Let’s prioritize this simple yet impactful practice for a healthier, more balanced life,” she captioned an Instagram video.

4. Lemon Water

Cheri starts her day with a glass of lemon water. “Juice half a lemon into your water and you’ll add a mere 6 calories to your diet,” Roxanne B. Sukol, MD, MS, tells the Cleveland Clinic. “Plus you’ll get more than a sixth of your daily vitamin C, which is needed to protect us from cell damage and repair injury.”
