Ananya Panday Shares Swimsuit Photo as "Happiest Little Scorpio"

Ananya Panday is celebrating her birthday in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Indian actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit in honor of her 26th birthday. "The happiest little Scorpio," she captioned the series of Instagram photos. How does the gorgeous star maintain her amazing body? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits. 



Ananya does yoga for the physical and mental health benefits and also for her complexion. "It brightens up my face and makes the happy hormones flow, which, in turn, gives a pinkish flush to my cheeks," she told Vogue. According to the American Osteopathic Association benefits of yoga include:

  • increased flexibility
  • increased muscle strength and tone
  • improved respiration, energy and vitality
  • maintaining a balanced metabolism
  • weight reduction
  • cardio and circulatory health
  • improved athletic performance
  • protection from injury


Morning Workouts


Ananya wakes up and works out. "I swear by doing yoga first thing in the morning. I schedule things only once my workout is done," she told Vogue. 


Healthy Diet

Ananya eats healthy almost every day of the week. She does allow herself one cheat day per week. "I eat well and clean six days a week. Then every Sunday, it's burgers galore," she told Vogue. "I am the happiest with my body when it's well-fed, well-rested and well-exercised. More than trying to hit a target body weight or size, I am looking more for happiness by simply being kind to my body."



Ananya says that Pilates is her "favorite" workout. "It's very good for stretching and I'm not flexible at all, so it really relaxes my body," she told Vogue. According to research, Pilates helps increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out. 


At-Home Exercise

Panday prefers exercising at home over the gym. "I have SO many workouts for exercising at home with no equipment or at the gym, and they are going to make working out together so much fun!" she wrote alongside a video of herself getting physical," she says.
